Fire Damages Princeton Home

Firefighters have extinguished a house fire in Princeton. 

Gibson County Dispatch sent crews to the home in the 900 block of Wilson Avenue shortly after 10:00 Tuesday morning.

The occupants said everyone got out of the burning house.

Firefighters in route to the blaze reported seeing smoke from a distance.

Off-duty firefighters were called into service as crews battled the fire.

Crews also blocked traffic along Wilson Avenue on Princeton’s East Side.

There were no injuries reported.

It’s not known how the fire started.
