Joining host Peggy Pirro is Sustainable Living educator Amy Rhodes, founder of Listen to the Land, an organization whose mission includes teaching the importance of local food networks. Amy is currently the Sustainable Living Program manager at Seton Harvest, a CSA farm in Evansville, Indiana, that brings the principles of caretaking and ecological stewardship into daily practice.
