EPD Asking for Public's Help After Circle K Robbed

Evansville Police are investigating a holdup at a convenience store. 

It happened at 5:30 Friday morning at the Circle K station at Weinbach and Washington.

In a release, the EPD said the suspect claimed he had a gun and demanded the clerk give him cash from the register, cigarettes, and lottery tickets.

He left on foot and the clerk wasn’t injured.

The suspect was described as a black man wearing black pants, a dark shirt, a red doo rag, and a white COVID mask.
