The Evansville Police Department wants to know if you’ve had items stolen from your porch.
In a release, EPD Sgt. Nick Winsett says police found a suspect who’s accused of stealing packages this past weekend.
Winsett said the suspect removed the labels from the packages, making it difficult to find the victims of the stolen items.
Winsett said if anyone has recently had packages taken from their porch in the area of Weinbach Ave. and Franklin St., they’re asked to call Evansville Police Detectives at 812-436-4013.

So-called porch pirates have been a problem during the holiday shopping season in recent years.
