Evansville police are investigating the death of man who was found with an apparent gunshot wound.
Police say the man was found on the ground outside the Woodland Park Apartments in the 2200 block of Sunburst Blvd. Sunday morning.
In a release, the EPD said officers arrived and confirmed the male was deceased, possibly due to a gunshot wound.
The Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office later identified the victim as 23-year-old Keshon Hensley of Evansville.
The coroner’s office said an autopsy was conducted on Sunday.
There’s no word on the official cause of Hensley's death.
