Shots were fired outside an Evansville swimming pool Wednesday afternoon.
The EPD says it happened at about 1:00 p.m. in the area of Rochelle-Landers pool at 701 Lincoln Avenue.
Police said in a tweet that at least one vehicle was hit by gunfire.
No injuries were reported.
The EPD said “multiple swimmers were forced to seek cover in the bathroom when the shots rang out.”
Police say they detained several teens who tried to flee, but no one cooperated with investigators.
