Hundreds Secure Diplomas At USI

Hundreds of USI students are entering the workforce.

The University of Southern Indiana conducted two Fall Commencement ceremonies on Saturday.

The first one presented degrees to graduates of the College of Nursing and Health Professions and Pott College of Science, Engineering, and Education.

The second ceremony conferred degrees to graduates of the College of Liberal Arts and Romain College of Business.

In a news release, USI said 666 students were eligible to participate in the two ceremonies – more than 100 of them with honors.

Ten of the students graduated Summa cum laude with perfect 4.0 grade point averages.

USI conducts its larger spring commencement in May.
