A western Kentucky man is in custody accused of sex crimes.
Kentucky State Police arrested 33-year-old Cody Sailing of Centertown for what the agency called “various sex crimes.”
In a news release, the KSP said troopers started an investigation involving Sailing and a minor back in November 2017.
The case was presented to the Ohio County Grand Jury who opted to indict Sailing.
Police said he was arrested at his Centertown home without incident on Wednesday.
Sailing faces charges of Sexual Abuse with a Victim Under 12 years of age, Sodomy, Incest, Unlawful Transaction with a Minor, and an Illegal Sex Act with a person under the age of 16.
Sailing was lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center with a $100,000 bond.
