On Wednesday afternoon, the FBI and Evansville Police Department began investigating a suspicious package found at the Winfield K. Denton Federal building.

At about 9 am Thursday, The Evansville Fire Department was called to a fire at an affordable housing apartment building, and all 75 units had to be evacuated
