Police have arrested two Evansville men on drug charges at the scene of a fatal shooting.
Authorities say 27-year-old Richard Garrett shot and killed 29-year-old Douglas Todd Fulkerson at a home in the 1200 block of Marshall Avenue early Tuesday morning.
But Garrett has not been charged in Fulkerson's death. Police arrested him and 32-year-old Patrick Garrett on unrelated drug dealing charges.
In a release, Evansville Police said there had been an argument and a fight among several people at the home before the shots were fired.
