People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is offering a reward to find and convict the person or persons who burned a dog to death in Henderson.
PETA says it will pay up to $5,000 for information that solves the case of a dog found dead in a burned men's restroom at the Henderson County Fairgrounds early Sunday,
In a release, the group said the small male dog named Duke had been reported missing by his guardian.
PETA urges anyone with information about what it calls a “horrific crime” to come forward so that this dog's killer can be held accountable and stopped from hurting anyone else.
