Musgrave to File for Re-Election

Vanderburgh County Republican Party

A Vanderburgh County Commissioner has announced re-election plans.

Cheryl Musgrave says she will seek a second consecutive term as District Three Commissioner in next year’s election.

In a release, Musgrave said she’s excited about the accomplishments of the past three years, citing more than $80 million in road, bridge, and trail construction, as well as a $6 million investment in paving and patching existing streets and roads since 2017.

Musgrave said her focus on infrastructure includes the long process of bringing broadband connectivity to all citizens of Vanderburgh County.

She promises to work hard for more growth and good government.

One of the biggest issues county officials are expected to deal with next year is an expansion of the Vanderburgh County jail.

Musgrave said she will file for re-election at noon, January 8th.

The election is November 3rd.
