Serious Eats: Hey Chef, What Can I Do With Honey?

Recipe: Honey Garlic Marinade (makes about 6 oz)

¼ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce or tamari
1 tbsp vegetable, avocado or other mild cooking oil
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
Up to 2 tbsp water as needed

Whisk ingredients together, thin as needed with water. Use as a marinade or to season cooked foods.
