Evansville’s largest festival is underway.
After canceling last year due to the pandemic, the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival is back on W. Franklin St., with food vendors, rides, parades, a talent show, and live music.
About two dozen not-for-profits decided not to set-up their food booths this year because of COVID-19 concerns.
The Nut Club allowed them to do so without losing their coveted spots along Franklin St.
The festival is a major fundraiser for non-profits.
It also includes a popular half pot drawing that has topped one million dollars in the past.
