It’s back to masks at the University of Evansville.
In a release, UE said it will begin requiring masks or face coverings indoors on the campus, starting Monday, regardless of vaccination status.
Social distancing of at least three feet will also be observed.
The university cites the Delta variant of COVID-19 that’s rapidly circulating across the nation, and new CDC guidelines announced this week.
UE continues to encourage the campus community to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
Earlier this week, the University of Southern Indiana also reinstated an indoor mask mandate.
