A young Henderson man is accused of abusing his five-day-old baby.
Henderson police say officers arrested 21-year-old Seth Justice on Monday, for allegedly injuring the infant last month.
In a release, the HPD said Justice told medical professionals what happened to the child but his story didn’t match the injuries.
The medical workers contacted police who determined Justice was alone with the child when the injuries occurred.
He faces a charge of 1st Degree Criminal Abuse with a victim under 12.
Justice is being held in the Henderson County Detention Center.
