A band that’s in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is scheduled to play in Evansville this summer.
It’s a sign that live music is bouncing back after the pandemic shut down most venues for more than a year.
ZZ Top is slated to play the Ford Center on Wednesday, July 21st.
The concert is part of an upcoming summer tour that was announced on the band’s Facebook page.
According to the page, tickets for the Evansville show go on sale Friday morning at 10:00.
Sometimes called that little ol’ band from Texas, ZZ Top has performed together for nearly 50 years.
Their biggest selling album, 1983’s Eliminator, is considered a “diamond” record – meaning more than 10 million units sold.
