Police say a missing Evansville woman has returned home and is “safe and sound.”
A statewide Silver Alert was issued Thursday night for 68-year-old Bonabeth Nishimura.
The alert said she was last seen Thursday evening wearing a navy blue coat, black corduroy pants, and brown shoes.
In a release, the EPD said her husband was very concerned about her safety because she suffers from Parkinson’s disease and delusions.
A check of her cellphone showed her possibly in the Princeton area.
But police say she returned to her Evansville home shortly before noon today (Friday).
The EPD said officers spoke to her and she appeared to be fine.
