Just when you thought you'd seen the last of the orange barrels for awhile.
INDOT is planning over $100 million in improvements over the next several years. The project is called The Lloyd 4 U and will stretch from Cross Pointe Boulevard near the Warrick County border to Posey County Line Road in western Vanderburgh County.
The work will be done in two phases. Phase one is set to start construction in the spring of 2024 from Rosenberger Avenue to Cross Point Boulevard. Phase two will then start in the spring of 2025 and extend the work out to Posey County.
There is a virtual meeting and two in-person meetings scheduled in April for the public to see the plans.
