It’s almost time to “spring forward.”

The Tri-State and most of the U.S return to Daylight Saving Time this weekend.

Many modern clocks automatically make the change at 2:00 a.m. Sunday.

But you’re urged to set clocks that don’t automatically change ahead one hour before going to bed Saturday night.

The lost hour will be returned in early November, when we change back to Standard Time.

The state of Arizona and Hawaii don’t change their clocks.
