Two police pursuits that started in Warrick County ended in crashes in Evansville.

The Warrick County Sheriff’s Office says deputies and Newburgh Police officers responded to reports of subjects breaking into vehicles at Beaver Creek Apartments at about 3:00 a.m. Thursday.
When they arrived, they saw two vehicles speed away from the area.
Deputies attempted to stop a black SUV that fled west on Lincoln Ave.
Deputies continued to pursue the vehicle until it ran off Lincoln at Newburgh Road, and crashed into rocks and a utility pole.
The driver ran but was apprehended by deputies after a short foot chase.
The suspect was identified as 18-year-old Marcus Green. He was taken to St. Vincent Hospital and then moved to the Warrick County jail, where he faces numerous charges.
The second vehicle fled to Embassy Apartments in Evansville, where it struck a building.
There was no word on the name or condition of the second suspect.
