Authorities now believe the fatal shooting of an Owensboro teen was an accident.
In a Tuesday release, Owensboro Police said the death of 15-year-old Aaron Michael Aull Jr. was believed to be “accidental in nature.”
Officers found Aull deceased Saturday night inside a home in the 2200 block of East 19th Street.
They said he had been shot once.
