Three more COVID-related deaths have been reported in Warrick County.
Warrick County Coroner Sarah Seaton told WNIN two of the fatalities were elderly women from Woodmont Health in Boonville.
A COVID-19 outbreak at Woodmont has now claimed at least eight lives.
Seaton said the other COVID-related death reported Tuesday was a 93-year-old woman from the community.
Warrick County’s COVID death toll since March rose to 46.
The Indiana State Department of Health reported the county’s total infections surpassed 1,400.
Warrick’s seven-day positivity rate was just short of nine percent.
