A Tennessee man is accused of human trafficking after police say he was found with a missing girl in western Kentucky.
Kentucky State Police say they arrested 40-year-old Steven Hargrove, who faces a charge of Promoting Human Trafficking.
In a release, the KSP said troopers launched an investigation Monday morning when parents of a Daviess County juvenile reported her missing.
Police said the investigation led troopers to various parts of Western Kentucky but they finally found the 15-year-old in southern Daviess County with Hargrove.
The KSP said the girl was safe and Hargrove was arrested without incident.
Police took him to the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro.
