Authorities say a missing Mt. Carmel boy has been found safe.
On its Facebook page, the Mt. Carmel Police Department said 14-year-old River Perry was found Monday riding his bicycle at 6th and Mulberry streets in the southern Illinois town.
He went missing Sunday evening and police asked the public for help finding him.
