Seven local not-for-profits are receiving more crisis money.
The COVID-19 Crisis Response Fund of the Greater Evansville Region has awarded another $102,000 to agencies addressing community needs related to the coronavirus.
In a release, the city said the 7th round of funding went to Bread of Life Ministry, Feed Evansville, Hangers, Mental Health of America, Ronald McDonald House Charities, SWIRCA, and the YMCA of Southwestern Indiana.
The city says the Response Fund has awarded more than $1.3 million to more than 60 area nonprofits and encourages non-profits to keep applying for funding.
Donations to the fund can be made by credit card at covidresponsefund.com.
Cash and check donations are accepted at Old National Bank and Heritage Federal Credit Union branches.
