New COVID Deaths Reported in Vanderburgh, Dubois, and Ohio counties

More COVID-related deaths have been reported in the Tri-State. 

The Indiana State Department of Health announced a 7th death in Vanderburgh County in its Thursday report.

The agency also added 53 new COVID-19 cases, raising the county’s total to 1,289.

For a second day in a row, the Dubois County Health Department reported a new fatality, raising that county’s death toll to ten.

The agency in Jasper reported 17 new cases, pushing the total to 486.

The department said 290 COVID-19 patients have recovered.

The Green River District Health Department reported two new coronavirus-related deaths in Ohio County.

29 new infections were reported in the seven-county district, 18 of them in Daviess County.

Back in Indiana, the statewide death toll rose by 17 to 2,683. More than 950 new cases were recorded.
