Henderson Police are investigating a stabbing.
Officers responded to the 800 block of 5th Street at about 6:30 Wednesday morning for a man with stab wounds being chased by another man with a knife.
The HPD said when officers arrived, they found 37-year-old Richard Wayne Brown collapsed on the back porch of a home with apparent stab wounds.
Brown was taken to Methodist Hospital for treatment.
Police said evidence at the scene led officers to 726 5th Street, where they executed a search warrant – but there was no word of an arrest.
