The colorful course with its spinning windmill, a cannon, and draw bridge, had been on the market for a number of years.

The Board of Zoning Appeals is considering a rezoning of the property that could lead to its demolition and the construction of a proposed assisted living facility.

Zoning board action on the proposal has been pushed to June 18th.
