Authorities are investigating the deaths of a woman and a child in a North Side home.
The shocking discoveries were made at 302 Bob Court, in the Shady Hill subdivision off Old State Road, Wednesday evening.
In a release, the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office says deputies found a deceased woman and a deceased child in different parts of the home.
The Coroner's Office responded to the scene and is assisting in the investigation.
The sheriff’s office said a search warrant was obtained and the home is being processed for evidence.
There’s no word of any suspect in what authorities are calling a double homicide.
