Volunteer firefighters have extinguished a mobile home fire on the North Side.
Central Dispatch sent McCutchanville and German Township firefighters to the 1900 block of Wolverine Drive, off Mill Road, at 10:30 Wednesday morning.
The first unit on the scene reported smoke coming from the trailer, and that the occupant had gotten out.
A chief told Central Dispatch the fire was under control about a half-hour later.
Firefighters were on the scene for more than an hour.
There’s no word on how the blaze started.
No injuries were reported.
The Red Cross was contacted to help a displaced resident.
