Police have arrested a Mt. Vernon man accused of child molestation.
Indiana State Police arrested 33-year-old Curtis Mosby for allegedly molesting a girl under the age of 16.
In a news release, the ISP says the alleged incident happened in January and an investigation began this month.
Police arrested Mosby on Tuesday and he was taken to the Posey County Jail.
He faces one count of Child Molestation, which is a Level 1 Felony.
