An official at First Christian Church in Evansville identifies the victims as Tim Arnold, Grant Weythman, and Alan Eicher.
They were flying to Pinehaven Children’s Christian Ranch in St. Ignacious, Montana, to help with some projects.
Multiple media reports in Montana say the small plane hit a power line and crashed in a field near Missoula.
The National Transportation Safety Board is expected to investigate the crash.
