A young Henderson woman is dead and her husband is in custody.
Police say the body of 20-year-old Chloe Abdikadir was found inside a closet at 2439 Green River Road in Henderson.
In a news release, the HPD says her husband, 21-year-old Mohamud Abdikadir, was informed of his wife’s death in West Memphis, Arkansas.
Police say the husband admitted moving his wife’ body into the closet, but denied injuring her.
Police in Arkansas arrested Mohamud on a charge of Tampering with Physical Evidence.
An autopsy determined Chloe suffered blunt force trauma to the back and front of her head, and she died from a laceration to the neck.
Police say they expect more charges in the case.
