A motorcycle crash claimed the life of an Evansville man.
The crash happened Saturday night in the 7600 block of Mesker Park Drive, near Kleitz Road.
A news release from the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office says 34-year-old Matthew Yandell had been traveling eastbound on Mesker Park, when the motorcycle ran off the road and hit a tree.
The sheriff’s office says deputies found Yandell and the motorcycle in a yard. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The sheriff’s office says Yandell was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
