How growing up bicultural inspired local farmer

Within the past year, the Indiana State Department of Agriculture’s Indiana Grown initiative has reached multiple milestones; like launching its first program, Homegrown by Heroes, which supports local producers who have served in the military and adding approximately 38 businesses, distributors and farmer’s markets to the cause of supporting local foods.

Owner of Aficionado Farms tells us how German, Irish and Mexican cuisine influenced his passion for food and farming.
