Two Evansville men face drug dealing and child neglect charges.
A news release from the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office says deputies had been watching a suspected “drug house” at 1316 N. Second Avenue.
Deputies say they witnessed drug dealing and arrested 27-year-old Damien Shrodes and 23-year-old Zachary Pribble, who lives at the house.
The sheriff’s office says Shrodes, who was driving an SUV, had both methamphetamine and marijuana with him.
During a search of Pribble's home, investigators say they found trace amounts of suspected marijuana in various places, including a child's pack-and-play baby bed.
Deputies say they also found methamphetamine, two digital scales, and a grinder in a child's play kitchen.
Authorities say trash and old food were found in the kitchen and a bedroom.
In addition to drug charges, Pribble faces a preliminary count of child neglect.
Shrodes faces preliminary charges of dealing methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.
