Hot, dry conditions have prompted another burn ban in the Tri-State.
Officials have issued a ban for all of Henderson County.
It includes the City of Henderson, as well as Robards and Corydon.
In a tweet, Henderson County Judge-executive Brad Schneider says exceptions include personal food preparation using outdoor gas or charcoal grills, or other self-contained cooking platforms.
Exemptions are also in place for food preparation for community events at which a fire department provides on-scene protection.
All other open burning is prohibited until further notice.
More information can be found on the Henderson County Emergency Management website at hendersonema.org.
A burn ban is also in effect in Vanderburgh County.
