A third arrest has been made in connection with a fatal shooting in Evansville. WNIN’s John Gibson has the update:
The latest arrest for the October 11th death of 17-year-old James Brown is that of a 16-year-old juvenile.
His name has not been released.
Last week, the EPD arrested 17-year-old Ayden Simms and he was charged as an adult for Brown’s murder.
Another suspect in Brown’s death, 18-year-old Keaton Howard, was arrested October 15th in Morganfield.
Howard also faces a murder charge.
Brown was shot to death in the 800 block of Madison Avenue in what police believe was gang-related violence.
