Authorities are investigating a suspected homicide in Posey County. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
The Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to a home in the 4100 block of Main Street in Stewartsville Sunday afternoon to check the welfare of a resident.
They say the resident had not been heard from for about a day.
The sheriff’s office says deputies found a deceased person at the home.
The coroner’s office has not yet released the name of the deceased.
There’s no word of any danger to the public.
An investigation continues.
