One of the suspects in a fatal shooting outside an Evansville movie theater has reportedly accepted a plea agreement. WNIN’s John Gibson has more:
Deshawndre Brown was arrested after the shooting death of 23-year-old Ethan Stenftenagel on the AMC Theater parking lot in April.
Court officials say Brown agreed to plead guilty to one count of murder and one count of robbery with serious injury.
Police say Brown tried to rob Stenftenagel during a drug deal, and that led to gunfire.
Two other suspects in the shooting, Kardae Langley and Pierce Butler, face Murder and Robbery charges.
A judge set November 2nd as the sentencing date for Brown.
