Henderson Police have arrested a juvenile accused of creating sexually explicit A-I photos of middle school students. WNIN’s John Gibson has the story:
The HPD says it received a report on September 17th of AI-generated nude photographs of juveniles being created and shown to other students.
The department says it conducted a thorough investigation and found AI- photographs of two victims on a digital device.
The HPD says officers arrested a juvenile who is now lodged at the Juvenile Detention Center.
The accused faces charges of distribution of sexually explicit images without consent, possession or viewing of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor ages 12-to-18, and distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor ages 12-to-18.
