Authorities have released the identity of a body found in a Perry County Lake on Memorial Day. WNIN’s John Gibson has the update:
The Perry County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 43-year-old Anthony Evrard of Tell City.
Fishermen found his body in Saddle Lake, near Cannelton.
An autopsy was performed but there’s no word yet on the cause of Evrard’s death.
The FBI is leading the investigation because the lake where his body was found is on federal land.
Evrard’s obituary says he worked for Pilot, delivering fuel.
