Authorities have released the name of the man killed in Sunday morning’s shooting in Evansville. WNIN’s John Gibson has the update:
The Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office says 25-year-old Keshawn Almond died in the gunfire at the Neighbor’s Keeper Apartments off S. Weinbach Avenue.
Meanwhile, the search for Almond’s suspected killer continues.
A murder warrant has been issued for 28-year-old Jacquese Crosby.
Evansville police ask anyone with information on Crosby’s whereabouts to contact detectives at 812-436-7979.
After Sunday’s shooting, investigators canvassed the area for witnesses and possible video footage.
There’s no word on what led to the gunfire.
