Authorities say Jerry Mounce, 53, died after he and Amanda Foster, 39, were hit by a vehicle in Owensboro, KY

A second pedestrian involved in a hit and run collision in Owensboro has died. WNIN’s John Gibson has the update:

The Daviess County Coroner’s Office says 53-year-old Jerry Mounce succumbed to his injuries following last week’s accident on Frederica Street near Fulton Drive.

39-year-old Amanda Foster died at the scene.
Owensboro Police said the driver of the vehicle that struck Mounce and Foster, Anderson Xol Ho of Guatemala, left the scene before returning.

The OPD says it will seek a second murder charge against the 21-year-old Ho.

The investigation continues.
