Evansville Police have arrested four juveniles in connection with a fatal shooting last month. WNIN’s John Gibson has the update:
EPD Sgt. Anthony Aussieker says the four were arrested and charged for the shooting death of 17-year-old Josiah Madrid.
Two other teens were wounded in the early morning shooting outside an apartment building in the 1700 block of Marshall Avenue November 26th.
Madrid was pronounced deceased at a local hospital.
Aussieker says whether the four juveniles will be charged as adults will be decided at a later time.
They face preliminary charges of Murder, Attempted Robbery, and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.
Update: Evansville Police say a 5th juvenile has been arrested in the Madrid case.
