Authorities have released the name of the woman found deceased in Warrick County. As WNIN’s John Gibson reports a “person of interest” is in cusody.
Indiana State Police say Warrick County detectives identified the victim as 35-year-old Kristina Robison of Henderson.
Robison’s body was found in the Bluegrass Fish and Wildlife area but investigators say she died in Henderson and her body was moved to the area near New Harmony Road and Klippel Road.
The ISP also says a person of interest was arrested in Knox County on unrelated drug charges and an outstanding felony warrant.
He’s in custody but his name hasn’t been released.
Since Robison’s death occurred in Henderson, the ISP says it’s turned over the investigation to the Henderson Police Department.
But numerous agencies are involved, including the ISP, Warrick County Sheriff’s Office, Henderson Police, Indiana Department of Natural Resources, and the U.S. Marshals Service.
