Evansville firefighters extinguished a house fire on the city’s North Side Friday morning. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
Crews were dispatched to the home in the one-thousand block of Moll Avenue, off N. Kentucky Ave., at about 7:30 a.m.
The first unit on the scene reported smoke coming from the small house.
Crews forcibly entered the home and put out the fire in about 20 minutes.
No one was inside the house, which a firefighter said was under renovation.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
