Authorities are offering a five-thousand dollar reward as they investigate a fire that destroyed a stolen van in Vincennes. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
The Indiana Department of Homeland Security and the Vincennes Police Department are investigating the vehicle fire discovered early Sunday morning near 13th Street and Cavanaugh Avenue.
Authorities confirmed the van had been reported stolen and fire investigators later determined that the blaze was intentionally set.
There was no word of injuries.
A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the crime.
Officials urge anyone with information to come forward.
