The Heat Advisory has been extended through Friday. WNIN’s John Gibson has details:
The National Weather Service says hot and humid conditions will continue all week.
Forecasters say “very low” rain chances during the week may provide some limited relief.
Temperatures are expected to reach the mid-90’s with the heat index between 100 and 107 through the week.
You’re urged to limit time outdoors, take frequent breaks, wear light, loose fitting clothes, stay hydrated, and take advantage of air conditioning as much as possible.
